Stephen Law is the Managing Director of ZhongYi with a focus on private equity investments. Mr. Law is an appointed member of the 14th CPPCC National Committee and the Green Tech Fund Assessment Committee of the HKSAR Government.

Prior to joining ZhongYi, Mr. Law was a Managing Director of TPG and a Director of Morningside Group, achieving significant returns for investors in their private equity and venture capital investments. Mr. Law has also had substantial corporate management and development experiences, having served as the Executive Director of MTR Corporation (HK:0066) and held senior positions in the Wheelock Group (HK:0004) and i-Cable (HK:1097).

Mr. Law holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Birmingham and an MBA from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. Mr. Law is a Chartered Accountant of England & Wales, was an Adjunct Professor of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is an expert consultant appointed by the Ministry of Finance in China. Mr. Samson Lee (or Sam), is a prominent entrepreneur and FinTech executive with over 25 years' experience in the digital economy industries. Mr. Lee graduated with an MBA and a Master of Science degrees from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

CFO

Thomas Tsao was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of a Hong Kong based private equity fund with an AUM of more than US$300m, focused on investing in TMT, Healthcare and Consumer sectors. Mr. Tsao was responsible for fund formation, investment evaluation, LP communications, fund finances and compliance.

Previously he was an Executive Director with China Construction Bank International (CCBI) principal investment team focusing on investing in China. Prior to joining CCBI he was working as a private equity investment professional with TPG one of world's largest private equity firms, and was focused on growth investments in North Asia. Prior to TPG, Mr. Tsao held various senior positions in Ernst & Young.

Mr. Tsao has over 20 years of finance, direct investment and operating experience. He has extensive experience investing across geographies having completed and/or evaluated investments in China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, US, and UK.

Senior Advisor

Tony Tse brings over 25 years of international banking and finance experience, having worked in Asia, Europe, Australia, and Canada in capital markets, transaction banking, and exchanges. He started his career with RBC Capital Markets, and held progressively senior roles leading FX, Treasury, and Fixed Income trading and sales efforts. He then held leadership roles with investment banking firms - Goldman Sachs and Jefferies. Mr. Wu Wai Leung William was the chief executive officer of Sunwah Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited (previously known as SW Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited), a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx: 00188) from 2006 to 2010.
